we operate 12 LT-32 turbines at Quellmoor Ridge. On 21 January two of
them needed more than 6 hours of heating before start-up at -24.6
degrees C. Does SB-LWS-2025-07 apply to all our turbines, and can we do
the conversion during our autumn maintenance campaign?
